Pat Stearman. Genuine pot-boiler - cobbled together from newspaper and magazine articles and TV interviews. There are a couple of errors too. Unofficial biographies can give us an insight that an official biography or indeed an autobiography don't, but this doesn't even pretend to any original research - waste of time really. Would never have bought it, but it fell into my hands at work so I gave it a go.

Thoroughly enjoyed this biography. Michael Ball is one of my favourite singer and this book gave more information about his life.

It was written sensitively and with compassion for all that Michael has been through. Definitely a book for those who love musical theatre and Michael Ball both as an artist and a person.
